Delivery Times and Backorders
In-stock items will be shipped within 36 hours of the receipt of the order, backordered items will be sent as soon as they are available. Non-stocking items will have a lead time of 2-12 weeks, depending on the product.
Method of Shipment
Nettles Country ships worldwide. For orders outside the continental US, please call our customer service department at 800-729-2234 or 936-348-6541 for shipping charges and details. All shipping addresses must be a physical address (no PO boxes).

Oversized Packages– Certain oversized packages may require additional shipping cost. In the event that your order falls in to our “oversized package” category, Nettles Country will contact you before shipping for confirmation of that cost.
Return authorizations must be obtained from our office by calling 800-729-2234 or 936-348-6514. Nettles Country will only accept returns when they have a valid return number listed on the outside of the return package. Nettles Country guarantees products to be free of manufacturer defects. Defective products must be returned for exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. Products returned for exchange will be sent free of charge. All returns must contain the original packing slip and/or receipt with the return number. DVDs cannot be returned unless they are defective and can be exchanged for the same product only. Nettles Country is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Sales Tax– Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped to addresses within the state of Ohio.
Returning or exchanging a product? Information about our return/exchange policy:
* Shipping and handling charges and a 10% restock fee will apply on all returns.
* Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchanges.
* Defective products must be returned to Nettles Country within 30 days from shipment for an exchange.
* Unused tack in original and resalable condition may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment date.
* Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt.
* Items returned without a receipt will only be eligible for a store credit.
* Defective DVDs may be exchanged for same product only.
* Non-defective DVDs cannot be returned if outer wrapping has been removed or opened.
* Nettles Country will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns. Therefore, you may wish to insure your return.
* All ticket sales and shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Restocking fees are automatically calculated at the time of return.
